Medical Aid
Dr Strydom is registered with the HPCSA and her services are claimable from most medical aid schemes under the mental health or psychiatric services benefit. Claims are processed at medical aid tariff rates, and any shortfall will be the member's responsibility. We recommend contacting your scheme to confirm your specific benefits prior to your first session.

Practice Policies
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
Payment is due at the time of each session. We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and cash. Medical aid claims are submitted on your behalf where applicable.
Everything shared in therapy is strictly confidential, in accordance with the HPCSA Ethical Rules. The only exceptions are if there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.
